Track season began today and I’ve gotten a lot of help recruiting team members from my favorite Korean runner. She’s also my only Korean runner, but that’s besides the point…
“Join the track!” she says to everyone she comes in contact with. I’m looking forward to having a lot of fun this season, and she is determined to make sure there is a team to enjoy.
Please keep the track team in your prayers this spring as we start getting into shape and preparing for track meets.

Allow me to introduce you to Glühwein.
Glühwein is a traditional cold weather drink in Austria. It is available all winter long from little wooden Hütten dotting the streets and outdoor markets of Vienna.
Glühwein, also know as mulled wine, is typically red wine mulled with spices such as cinnamon and cloves served piping hot.
Nothing warms the body and soul on a cold winter day quite like a steaming mug of Glühwein.
So I’m not sure if Santa here is making a brash statement or if this is just a clever marketing ploy.
Buy all three to complete the set!
In any case I’m pretty sure I know why Kika has a pile of these left in their bargain bin.
