It’s that time of year again, time when we get to play carnival games, throw pies, and paint faces. After seven years here in Vienna, Fall Festival is still one of my favorite school events. I love that the whole community comes together to have fun. One of the many great things about this night is having former students stop by to visit. I love getting to see those faces again. Of course, the highlight is always the Pie in the Face competition. Who doesn’t want to see people get smashed in the face with pie?

This year was a little different for me as I had the joy of planning this event with Tina. Tina is the new PTF president. I get to spend this year walking alongside her as I hand over the reins of this awesome ministry. I am so very excited that she is here and that the Lord is calling her to parent ministries. She is awesome, and she’s going to take PTF to the next level. Yay! This year has been so different as we are doing things for the last time, but it is a joyous thing to see the Lord bringing in new people to bless this ministry of His.
